Position Summary
The Regional Manager is a highly visible, senior management-level position. This position oversees all aspects of the daily operation of a group of clinic locations to ensure exceptional customer service, site profitability and employee productivity and development.
- The territory for this position will be the Mid to Western section of Michigan, and will include approximately 5-8 clinic locations. May include the areas of Lansing, Jackson, Kalamazoo and the Grands Rapids Area.
Compensation for this position is primarily commission-based but does include a set weekly base pay.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for all aspects of site operation, including: Sales, Customer Service, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Scheduling, Compliance, Reporting, Hiring.
- Monitor individual and clinic sales and service delivery on a daily basis, including regularly scheduled, on-site visits; identify productivity trends and implement strategies to enhance performance.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels through involvement in the recruiting and hiring process.
- Provide the education and guidance each employee needs in order to be a successful team member and achieve their designated goals; conduct ongoing area meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years management or supervisory experience is required; preference will be given to candidates with experience managing multi-site operation; bachelor degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated record of successfully executing sales strategies and achieving set sales and service goals.
- Ability to motivate others and lead by example; able to identify and effectively resolve issues at an early stage.
- Daily travel within a defined territory. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license/insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- A professional appearance and demeanor; strong interpersonal and presentation skills; excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills which contribute to the effective oversight of multiple locations within a very fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
