Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager: Providing superior customer service to our clients while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a fun and fast-paced office environment. This position is hybrid remote and can report to our Chestertown, MD office or our Easton, MD office.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Active Property and Casualty License, required
• Ability to consistently meet multiple deadlines and effectively manage priorities
• Knowledge of insurance rating and underwriting procedures, preferred but not required
• Professional, committed and self-motivated with the ability to focus on daily tasks
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn agency management system (Applied Epic)
