Sunflower Springs of Lake Wylie will be a luxurious Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Lake Wylie, South Carolina. Sunflower Springs of Lake Wylie will offer the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of a Director of Sales. Incumbent will be responsible for pre-leasing sales, networking to build leads and partnerships with local organizations, physicians and hospitals. Will work closely with the community Executive Director and corporate EVP to ensure residency upon opening. The ideal candidate must have a passion for working with seniors, a high degree of customer service, prior sales and closing experience. Position requires excellent communication skills, including the ability to express compassion and empathy when speaking with prospective residents and family members.

Our Director of Sales must have excellent listening skills and the ability to respond appropriately with how our community can offer solutions to meet the needs of the resident and the family.

Prior experience in the senior housing industry is a plus.

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
