Full description of the position

We are looking for motivated, sports-minded team members to hire immediately for our full-time Entry Level Sales role. Ideal candidate has a drive to succeed and desire to achieve his or her greatest potential. You'll be trained in sales psychology to be able to deliver interactive sales presentations while building an outstanding rapport with each customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with potential customers by professionally canvassing neighborhoods and creating new relationships
• Pre-qualify customers for sustainable home energy solutions
• Set follow up appointments to answer outstanding customer questions and present custom energy proposals at residential homes
• Learn and execute full cycle sales process
• Strategically network and expand your customer base
• Expand route for solar panel cleaning by identifying homes with existing panels and scheduling cleaning services
• Confidently provide focused customer service
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics

REQUIREMENTS

• Outstanding customer service experience
• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Required to stand or walk for long periods of the day
• Must have reliable smart phone to utilize company applications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
