A Central Kansas Independent Insurance Agency is currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent/Producer for a satellite/secondary office location of the agency. Candidates should be located in Stafford County, KS, be currently licensed by the Kansas Insurance Department as an Insurance Producer (agent), with a minimum of Property & Casualty Lines of Business, additional lines beneficial and preferred. Position will be active with insurance sales and service to existing or new clients, as well as becoming the location lead/manager.

Prior experience with agency management software and MS Office software is very beneficial, but ability to effectively and accurately use technologies is crucial. Associates, or higher, degree in business, accounting, or finance, or experience equivalent, is preferred. A minimum of HS diploma and KID Producer Licensing is required. Prior experience in an insurance agency or company is also required. Candidates should be self-motivated, self-driven, and find motivation from serving the clients needs as well as working closely with the companies where the risks are placed. The position includes the ability to grow professionally along with the agency and to be rewarded as the growth occurs.
