Home Solutions of Iowa, the only authorized LeafGuard Gutters dealer in Iowa, has openings for an in-home Construction Sales Representatives to run Company-provided leads and close sales in the exterior home improvement industry to include products such as LeafGuard Gutters, Insulation, Decking and Roofing.

No cold calling or door-to-door knocking is required! All leads are provided for you!

THIS IS A STRICTLY COMMISSION ONLY BASED SALES POSITION

With opportunities to make $80,000 + per year!

Being commission only, we are confident in our ability to provide you with quality leads all year round. To ensure your success, we provide all the Company equipment including a Company vehicle!

With our top sales representatives earning over $100k per year, what's stopping you from starting your sales career here?

We offer up to one month of paid training! We provide you with a percentage of your sales commission upfront when you close a job, and the rest of your commissions after the job is completed. We are looking for great attitudes and hard working candidates who look forward to no caps on how much they can earn!

On top of your sales commissions, there are also opportunities for monthly bonuses up to $1,500 and annual bonuses up to $4,000 based upon performance and dollars sold.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving history with no major violations for the past 5 years
• Face to face sales experience required
• Construction industry experience preferred, but not required. We will train!
