We are looking for an individual that would like to grow within the agency. We need someone that has a positive mindset that is willing to be coached and molded into an insurance professional.
We are looking for motivated individuals that want to work hard and be rewarded for their hard work. Starting pay is between $45,000 and $55,000 based on a few factors: education level and past experiences. Insurance experience is not required. We train in office with our most senior leadership and staff.

A typical day will include:
Joining huddles to get everyone on the same page as a team
- Receiving regular training and coaching to sharpen your service skills
- Taking inbound calls and resolving issues for our customers
- Recommending additional products to cover policy gaps

Responsibilities
- Take minimum of 25 inbound service calls per day
- Address questions and find solutions for clients by adhering to “Start to Finish” Service
- This includes but not limited to, addressing any customer questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow up work from your client interactions
- Identify and address the client’s needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized.
- Assist customers in office.
