Position: Service Sales Representative

Reports to: Sales Manager

POSITION SUMMARY / GENERAL DUTIES (not an all-inclusive list):
This position will work to develop new customer relationships in order to sell preventative maintenance agreements to commercial based customers. In additional to preventative maintenance agreements, this position has the opportunity to package and sell all services provided by Pueblo. Key responsibilities for this position are outlined below.

• Have an in-depth knowledge of the HVAC industry, to include; equipment, technology, market conditions, competitor analysis and sales best practices.
• Ability to generate new customer leads and opportunities {cold call, online, networking, etc.).
• Ability to develop a sales pipeline for future opportunities.
• Ability to promptly respond to customers by identifying needs, generating quotes, and closing orders.
• Maintain and expand customer base with targeted office visits and/or lunches.
• Provide needed information to other departments and management to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget and customer expectations.
• Communicate customer perceptions by gathering customer feedback and sharing information with project/field managers and Service Department personnel.
• Attend periodic marketing events and conferences to promote company service capabilities and foster customer relationships.
• Report sales activity via CRM and attend periodic Sales Development meetings.
• Assist with proposal and RFP/IFB package preparation for perspective customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
