MEDICAL MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE / PHYSICIAN LIASION

Synergy Spine and Pain Center is seeking an energetic and enterprising Medical Marketing Professional with an outgoing personality. The Practice Marketer will need to develop and maintain referral relationships with Medical Offices in Maryland & Washington DC areas. Candidate will have to travel / commute to Medical Offices in the area. Candidate must have at least 3 years of medical marketing / sales experience.

This will be a part-time position – Approx. 20 hours/week – (3 days/week, Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday). Pay range is $20-$25/hour. Mileage will be reimbursed.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish, cultivate and maintain new and existing relationships within the medical community to leverage physician relationships.
• Communicate and collaborate with key associates in clinical and administrative roles to establish professional relationships.
• Assist in analyzing and monitoring marketing data / results (Example: new professional referrals, increase in established professional referrals, .....) to help shape future marketing strategies based on organizational goals and business objectives.
• Maintain and track the marketing / sales database.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...).
• Experience with Social Media Marketing (FB, Instagram, ..….).
• Help in our overall marketing efforts.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong initiative and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in communication, marketing, or liberal arts is strongly preferred.
• Must have 3+ years of medical marketing / sales experience. (REQUIRED)

• Candidate must have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers’ license and auto insurance.
• Professional attire.
