Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer support to clients
  • Check in with and distribute contracts with carriers
  • Prepare marketing materials for open enrollment meetings
  • Coordinate and conduct open enrollment meetings
  • Maintaining and keeping up-to-date with knowledge of legislative updates and industry information, and update clients on industry insurance
  • Assist clients with Online HRIS and Benefits Administration systems

The Experience Needed to Thrive:

  • Brokerage Experience - You have 3+ years of experience working on Group Health Accounts at an independent brokerage
  • Software - You are proficient with Ease, Employee Navigator, etc
  • Certified - You currently have a Life & Health/Accident License
  • Groups - You have experience with mid-sized groups
