Hefner Group Insurance has an immediate opening in our Commercial Lines department for a licensed Insurance Agent/CSR. Commercial Lines license and experience required. Personal Lines experience with desire to train for Commercial Lines will be considered for the right candidate.

Duties will include quoting, cross-selling, remarketing, and servicing existing clients and new prospects. Applicant must have a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills as frequent written and verbal communication with clients, producers, and companies is required. Applicant must be able to thoroughly document all correspondence in the agency's management system. Attention to detail is a must.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Benefits package includes PTO, health insurance, simple IRA, life insurance and most of all a great work place environment! Some light travel may be required as we have 5 locations to serve our customers. We look forward to meeting you!!!
