If you have Telemarketing Sales experience, and a positive attitude, IK Hofmann has an opportunity for an Outbound Telemarketing Appointment Setter position for a large, established commercial cleaning business in Marietta Georgia.

***MUST HAVE PREVIOUS B2B OUTBOUND PHONE SALES EXPERIENCE**

Job Responsibilities:

· Must be comfortable making outbound phone calls

· Experience in B2B appointment setting and establishing brand awareness within an assigned target market

· Requires meeting target outbound dialing goals in strategically contacting assigned businesses within the target market

· Clearly communicating a solid value proposition

· Scheduling first appointments for the outside sales team, as well as gathering contact information and develop brand awareness for future follow up

· Must be professional, reliable, and able to follow detailed Jan-Pro telemarketing scripts

· Take direction while working as a member of a team

· Adhere to required calling, reporting, and follow up processes, while setting productive appointments, successfully responding to and overcoming objections, and gathering information.

Essential Description Responsibilities:

· Must be able to remain in stationary positions for up to 8 hour shifts

· This position frequently communicates with employees/customers to give instructions. Must be able to have clear and effective communications skills

· Position constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery

Job Description Requirements:

· Successfully track record with sales and marketing organization

· Strong persuasiveness in appointment setting

· A strong desire to be part of a growing sales organization

· Willingness to expand their efforts through creative thinking

· Professional, polished and pleasant to work with

· 1-2 years of experience in related field

· Must have excellent communication, organization, prospecting and follow up skills

· Pay ranges 16/hr+ plus commissions.
