Our company is currently seeking an in-office Account Manager to grow and establish a book of business in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with client relations, sales and marketing, inside sales and prospecting, and be detail-oriented. This position will require phone skills, ability to multi-task and a high-level of customer service. The position offers training, a competitive salary, generous commission split and many other benefits to help the new broker be successful quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers
• Manage the logistic accounts and increase the volume of freight
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiate shipping rates and negotiate contracts
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Follow-up on deliveries and invoices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
