Position: Parts Sales Representative

Status: Full-Time

Location: Madison Heights, MI

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with all of our customers to make sure that they are aware of the products that we sell, and all of the tools we have to offer.
• Do cold calls weekly to create exposure about CGL and increase parts sales.
• Evaluate the market place and put together a game plan to overcome obstacles.
• Find new products and ways to market our existing product offerings to our customers.
• Do ride alongs with our vendors to educate our customers and ourselves to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• 2 or 4 year degree or 4+ years sales experience
• Knowledge in HVAC products and parts
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
• Experience in MS office, especially Word and Excel
• Good communication skills with internal and external customer

Preferred skills:

• Experience working with contractors and dealers, especially in the residential and/or commercial HVAC industry.
• Ability to work with Infor/SXE, SAP and other ERP business systems
