Renaissance Benefits is seeking an experienced Sales Support professional to join our growing team in Bountiful, Utah!

At Renaissance, the Sales Support Specialist provides quote and overall support to develop and maintain Group Sales efforts.

This is a hybrid position and will require on-site training and ability to work on-site at least 1 day a week after successful completion of training.

What will this role entail?
  • Work in concert with sales reps, underwriting and brokers to create new business proposals for group products.
  • Work directly with brokers, as needed, on specific group RFP's.
  • Complete formal RFP’s, including all questionnaires. Establish a data base of questionnaire responses.
  • Create/Maintain group sales reporting.
  • Oversight of new business kit fulfillment. Keeping up to date with most current forms and brochures to deliver to agents.
  • Assist with marketing efforts for Group Sales. Send out brochures and giveaways as needed. Attend broker or trade functions.
What must I possess to qualify?
  • Position requires an associate’s degree in business administration, or related field and two years related experience in an office environment; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Position also requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. Position works under general supervision, has intermediate level internal and external contacts, and has latitude for independent judgment.
