Overview:

MaxHome, backed by Renuity, is launching its latest products lines and hiring Outside Sales Consultants specializing in window sales for our expansion in the greater Baton Rouge area!


As an outside sales representative, you’ll be trained extensively in all our product lines and coached to deliver professional interactive presentations. Our marketing teams supply you with pre-qualified appointments; we handle the front-end legwork. MaxHome will train you in our solutions-based sales approach and offer the support you need to thrive within our consultative sales program.

  • Uncapped earning potential: first-year earnings average between $80,000 to $120,000+, second-year earnings from $120,000 to $150,000+, with top performers making upwards of $250,000+

What You’ll Do as an Outside Construction Sales Representative:

  • Learn our product lines and scripted presentation process
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to continually improve performance
  • Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet and exceed planned sales goals/quotas
  • Promote company products and services
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Provide best-in-class customer service
  • Work a full schedule, including evening and Saturday appointments
  • Travel to and run 2 – 3 consultations/appointments per day
