About the position

We are looking for a fearless, motivated, reliable and hardworking Sales Professional to promote Zilla's trade show displays, custom exhibit fabrication, promotional programs. This is a commission-based position, and requires organizational and time management skills and an outgoing, positive-minded personality.

Base pay will be adjusted to a salary plus commission schedule after 60 days, based on performance and reliability. Due to the nature of this position, we are requesting that candidates have previous experience with in the industries of trade shows or promotional products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade Show Exhibit or Promotional Product Sales Experience.
• Excellent organizational skills required.
• Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, required.
• Ability to plan and organize projects in an efficient manner, adhering to deadlines required.
• Possession of a valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to reach upwards of 100 contacts daily.

Summary of Responsibilities include:

• Reach out to local, national, or international sales prospects.
• Present Zilla's products and services to prospects, either online or in-person.
• Provide potential clients with product options and pricing details.
• Work directly with the President and Brand Marketing Manager on sales and marketing initiatives.
• Meet or exceed sales goals regularly.
• Work with internal Project Management staff on development of quotations and projects.
• Follow up on leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
