Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure commercial and post-construction cleaning contracts for our company. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients in the commercial and post-construction industries who require cleaning services.
- Conduct thorough research to understand clients' cleaning needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with potential clients to showcase our company's cleaning services and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and submit professional and compelling proposals and bids to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of cleaning contracts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within specified timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning or services industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, post-construction cleaning requirements, and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure contracts.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales objectives.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipeline, and generate reports.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Note: This position is a 100% commission-based role, meaning there is no base salary provided. Compensation will be based solely on the successful acquisition and signing of commercial / post-construction / Janitorial cleaning contracts. Commision % can be anywhere from 5% - 20%.

Pay: $62,254.00 - $72,622.00 per year
