PIP Printing of Downey is looking to add a phenomenal Inside Sales Rep to our TEAM!

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every contact.

• The ability to qualify and develop leads, referrals, and pro-actively follow up on our marketing efforts, while working to maintain and grow our existing base of customers

• Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated prospects into repeat customers

• Work with the team to stay updated on product and service knowledge and be informed of changes in company policies

• Manage customer information in the CRM.

• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and co-workers at all times

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You must offer:
Self-motivation - “Can-do” and customer focused attitude
Experience in inside sales and customer service
Printing and signage experience is a PLUS but not a must
Professional appearance and approach
High level attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
Experience with Mailing and UPS Shipping
Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
Must be able to fulfill all essential functions of the job, which is not limited to standard office tasks and includes some production projects.
