Full description of the position

We are looking for a standout Sales Executive/project manager to work closely with our customers to understand their needs, identify potential solutions, and to close deals. In addition, after the job is sold, this person will work with the customer and install team to ensure a seamless transition and to facilitate project progression to completion.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through existing relationships, incoming calls, and networking
• Meet with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Project manage the jobs sold to ensure materials are ordered correctly, questions are answered, and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive and/or project manager
• 2+ years experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
