Account Executive for a Growing Outdoor Advertising Company

The Account Executive is a key member of the JR Promotions LLC team delivering exceptional customer service and creative advertising solutions to our clients. The Account Executive will be responsible to actively cultivate new sales/clients as well as maintain and strengthen relationships with current and past clients. Experience in Radio and/or Newspaper Sales a plus.

This position is for our southwest Indiana territory that covers from Bloomington to Evansville and all of the towns in between. The ideal candidate will live and work in this area.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up agency/client calls using prospecting, cold calling and by using existing relationships inside and outside of JR Promotions LLC
• Oversee the traffic flow of copy from content creation to printing to installation
• Demonstrate the value of our offerings through face-to-face contact
• Provide continuous service to customers ranging from small businesses to large, international ad agencies
• Identify client’s advertising needs and develop and propose efficient solutions
• Present the value of advertising, specifically outdoor advertising, to clients
• Establish strong relationships with ad agency media personnel from key influencers to decision makers
• Work with owner to set and exceed established sales/ revenue goals
• Complete projects as directed by owner

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• Computer and internet savvy
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Be a positive, professional and influential presence as you represent JR Promotions to the marketplace
• Highly motivated team player with a desire to succeed
• Comfortable with solution-oriented, consultative approach in presenting and selling JR Promotions outdoor advertising products to clients
• Strong knowledge of grammar and composition rules for proofreading material
• Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation/communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Quick learner

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
