Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Belleville, IL

A prominent, locally owned State Farm® Insurance Agency is looking for an amazing, customer focused individual to join our team! We offer a full line of insurance & benefit solutions to our customers. In our office, we focus on helping our clients, not making a sale. We all work hard because we love what we do.

As our CSR, you will perform essential tasks aiding our agents and existing clients. This includes analyzing client needs, scheduling appointments, providing follow-up, submitting applications, reviewing everything for accuracy, preparing client proposals, assisting with claims and more.

Requirements:

• 3 + years personal insurance experience
• Property & Casualty insurance license required
• This is a full-time, in office position

We compensate generously for high performance and great customer service:

• Great starting salary and reward for high performance
• Paid holidays; paid vacation after 1 year
• Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 based on experience, plus Bonus
