Morcon Tissue is a paper conversion facility with our corporate office located in Eagles Bridge, New York and a sister facility located in Great Falls, South Carolina.

We are hiring for an entergetic and outgoing Territory Manager for the Northeast who share our core values of Respect, Creativity and Responsibility.

The Territory Manager, Northeast will be responsible for promoting and selling the organization's products and services within new and existing accounts to achieve significant sales targets in an assigned geographic area. They will work with the Director of Sales, East to develop and implement sales strategy through the thoughtful creation of sales leads, discovery calls, and development of ongoing rapport with current customers and potential partnerships. The chosen candidate will be accountable for being the company’s “Brand Ambassador” and positioning Morcon as the preferred supplier of Napkin, Towel and Tissue. The Territory Manager, Northeast will be primarily working throughout New England and into Western New York. This is an in office position with approximately three days of travel.

Responsibilities:

- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.

- Respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

- Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in CRM.

- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
