Inside Sales Analyst will provide support to the Commercial National Accounts team by successfully managing National Accounts customers, providers, suppliers, and projects.
This position will serve our Water Heater Division.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist in receiving incoming calls/emails from National Accounts customers and document these calls within Rheem’s internal systems.
- Assist in dispatching service providers to National Accounts locations by utilizing Rheem’s internal systems.
- Assist in receiving proposals and invoices from Service Providers, verifying the validity of received material and submitting them to customers.
- Assist in collaborating with suppliers to procure equipment and arrange for project logistics.
- Assist in communicating with National Account customers throughout the process of a service call.
- Assist in data entry within our customers Facility Management Tools. (CRM)
- Work with various Rheem teams in processing orders and managing information workflow.
- Can differentiate and prioritize urgent situations and preventative situations.
- Assist in on-call duties which require work after normal working hours which include some weekends and holidays.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 1-year prior relevant experience.
- Excellent Professional communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional follow-up and assertiveness in a way that engages and makes customers want to do business with Rheem.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to project manage.
HOW TO STAND OUT
- Application knowledge of commercial water heating systems preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years’ experience with a web-based application such as Sugar or Salesforce; a customer relationship management system preferred but not required.
- Any dispatching experience preferred but not required.
- Any sales experience preferred but not required.
