Job description

Manage customer accounts and provide information about our products and services. Proactively support customer programs with forecasting, metrics, and schedules.

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
1. Ensure the commercial relationship for key accounts of Safran Oxygen Systems (i.e., Boeing, DeHavilland).
2. Ensure the relationship with the purchases of our Original Aircraft Manufacturer (OAM) customers.
3. Drafting offers and responding to original equipment calls for tenders.
4. Manage the relationship with OAM after-sales.
5. Updating pricing annually.
6. Monitor customer deliveries.
7. Assist in the collection of outstanding payments.
8. Travel as required (Sales, Conferences, Contract Negotiations, etc.) up to 1 week per month. Possible annual trip to France.

Qualifications:
Education
Required B.S. Degree, Business or Engineering
Preferred M.S. Degree, Business or Engineering

Experience
Required 3 years of product experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager or Customer Service Relationship position. Experience in the aeronautical or space sector.

Preferred 5 years of product experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager or Customer Service Relationship position. Experience in the aeronautical or space sector.
