Primary Role:

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts Nationwide
• Bringing brokers the latest knowledge of products with training and education of programs, guidelines, and our process.
• Being your brokers primary contact for any service related solutions.
• Training brokers in new sales strategies for our unique products
• Strengthening Pipeline management to increase sales of brokers and exceed Sales Goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Six months of experience in mortgage sales as loan officer, mortgage banker or wholesale account executive
• Or Sales experience with underwriting or processor or loan officer assistant
• OR minimum of one year B2B sales experience with some mortgage knowledge
• Hard working individual with ethics, self motivated and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and professionalism over the phone and face to face
• Proficient in technology

Preferred:

• Knowledge of the mortgage industry with previous experience working in underwriting, processing in either a retail or wholesale mortgage lender with sales experience
• Phone sales experience
• The desire to earn Six Figures in a competitive mortgage environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $128,814.26 per year
