THE GIG
- Drive the monthly and yearly financial budget creation and forecasting for all Wholesale accounts, collaborating with Finance and internal Sales Leadership team to set monthly sales targets and monitor in season
- Support our 3-5 year strategic business plans for Americas wholesale teams
- Develop and utilize holistic sell in and sell through tools and analysis to ensure product and market health of the brand in wholesale and export channels in the America’s by leading the creation of new tools, analysis and reporting in conjunction with existing tools being used.
- Enable orderbook reporting and insights that summarizes overall trends to identify and communicate risk and opportunities for action.
- Partner with your Planning team to lead our wholesale analytics approach, managing and establishing our suite of business measurement and management tools, insights and KPIs.
- Create monthly recaps and presentations to communicate key objectives and challenges within wholesale.
- Create forward looking outlook on product sell through that includes future inventory planned for the marketplace. Create and maintain monthly ladders for key accounts, driving in season actions to manage business health.
- Work with Sales and business partners to enhance our sell through dataset and develop standardized metrics.
- Partner with IT/Business Intelligence team to enhance DM metrics with improved business dashboards that amplify insights and reduce unnecessary ad-hoc reporting/tasks.
- Support the development of standardized best practice reporting, tools and training to optimize sales team.
- Work cross-functionally to gain commitment and alignment on all initiatives with key stakeholders.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, computer science, management information systems, or other related fields or equivalent years of experience.
- 5+ year’s relevant planning, analysis, business planning or related field.
- Ability to synthesize large sets of data and develop creative and innovative solutions in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Advanced excel skills with high-comfort and experience in building pivot tables.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to be detail oriented and accomplish assignments simultaneously with time management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional partners to develop and design mutually aligned goals and solutions.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and incorporating excel skills with experience in building pivot tables and story-telling visuals.
- Experience leveraging Business Intelligence systems a plus (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience understanding and developing consumer, retail, and competitor trends a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical experience with retail math and retail financial drivers
- Ability to work at a standard computer set up 40+ hours per week, with or without accommodations.
- Experience in wholesale, retail, apparel, fashion, or footwear industry preferred.
