RESULTS DRIVEN POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Inside Parts & Service Sales Representative

Department: Service

Reports to: Parts & Service Manager

Key Results Area:

• Meets or exceeds sales goals (i.e., number of calls, quotes etc.). o Measurement: Analyze actual results of the forecasted targets.
• Achieves the forecasted service revenue and gross margin targets. o Measurement: Comparing actual results to the forecasted budget
• Increase the service department's repeat customer base through our current service programs. o Measurement: The number of contracts booked meets or exceeds the department’s goal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Enters quotes in JobBoss and sends confirmation to customers.
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales members for further development
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Creating and maintaining customer databases.
• Creating new customer leads
• Explaining product features and benefits to potential and existing customers
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to ensure trust.
• Performs administrative duties with little supervision and routinely exhibits “Above the Line” behavior.
• Publishes all reports on time and error free.
• Improves practices and procedures in the Parts and Service Department.
• Continually increases his/her knowledge of the business.
• Meets internal and external customer requirements and exceeds their expectations.
• Coordinates with the Shipping Department to ensure Parts and Service orders meet the promised date provided to the customer.
• Assists the Service Manager with miscellaneous duties as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
