Franklin University is seeking a full-time Partnership Account Manager to promote and manage partnerships established through our FranklinWORKS department. This hybrid role is designed to develop relationships with new and current partners in order to generate new student enrollment and provide seamless operations and exceptional service for both leadership and their associates.
Primary job responsibilities include initiating, developing and enhancing relationships with our corporate partners. The Partnership Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partnerships. The selected individual will create new engagement and recruiting efforts that align with our current strategic initiatives. They will promote and build University brand and recognition through marketing, communication, and recruitment. The Partnership Account Manager must understand the Franklin curriculum and how it benefits each partner and will educate Franklin advisors and representatives on each partner’s benefits and needs in order to provide exceptional service. In addition, they will be present at on-site and virtual information sessions, marketing tables and recruitment events and will act as the primary liaison for associates to guide them through their questions and begin the registration process. The selected individual will monitor inquiries and applicants to ensure timely and thorough communication is being met. In addition, the Partnership Account Manager will identify areas of opportunity to expand upon our current partnerships and create enrollment growth. They will also plan and attend ceremonies to celebrate the completion of certificates and degree programs with each organization.
Local travel will be required and the position may require occasional early morning, evening, and sometimes weekend hours to attend corporate events.
A bachelor’s degree is required with majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field being preferred. A master’s degree in these disciplines is also preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent presentation skills, be goal and results driven and have excellent customer service, organization and oral and written communication skills. They must demonstrate the ability to operate autonomously and inter-departmentally. A commitment to student success and top-notch customer relationship skills are other needed attributes for this position. Highly developed computer skills with knowledge and experience in all Microsoft Office applications are required.
Previous experience in corporate engagement and a background in Higher Education Administration, specifically with Health and Public Administration, would all be pluses in this position.
