This position is responsible for growing the hospice program by increasing awareness of the services through marketing activities. It is also important to identify key referral sources as to their potential and to develop marketing plans to increase referral responses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience within the last 5 years.
• At least 1 year experience in hospice environment.
• Knowledge of hospice requirements including Medicare, Medicare, and private insurance guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess and respond to the needs of clients.
• Ability to make meaningful observations and to think strategically.
