Sales Associate Reward:

• Average pay is $80,000.00 but not limited
• $36,000.00 + excellent monthly incentive

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers about their financial and personal objectives
• Identify customer credit needs to provide appropriate loan solutions and product offering
• Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Work with customers & the branch finance team through the entire lending cycle
• Follow up on leads and set appointments
• Generate new business at times (training & direction provided)

Hours for Sales Associate:

• 5-day workweek schedule
• No Sundays
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
• Location hours: M/F 9-7, T/W/TH 9-6, SA 9-4

Sales Associate Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Able to work the listed hours
• Able to pass a background check
