Director of Sales
Location: Ft Worth, TX
Salary: $110k-$120k (Plus Bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Sales...
- You will lead and empower our team of Field Reps.
- You will train Field Reps to engage with doctors and referral managers, enlightening them about our extraordinary success rates and the capacity to expedite their patients' access to our esteemed psychiatrists.
- You will ensure your team consistently generates a steady stream of new patient referrals, positively impacting and saving more lives than ever before.

Your Impact:
As a Director of Sales, you will have the privilege to:
- Function as subject matter expert to prospects, clients, and departmental leaders on sales-related matters
- Implement and oversee standard operating procedures, improving strategic development efforts
- Define and communicate sales targets that align with our company's objectives
- Participate in staff recruitment and disciplinary processes, fostering a high-performing team
- Supervise staff to ensure they execute tasks to the highest standards
- Monitor and evaluate sales negotiations to identify effective techniques and implement best practices
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, gaining deep insights into their needs and surpassing expectations
- Utilize performance reviews and market research to refine systems and processes for continuous improvement

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
