Inside Sales and Marketing Assistant position in a construction materials manufacturer and distributor in Atlanta, GA.

Job Description

• Learn products, systems, and sales processes.
• Assist and support the outside sales team.
• Contact prospects by phone and email and make appointments for the sales team.
• Prepare quotes and orders.
• Prepare reports and maintain activity logs.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials.
• Update and maintain customer database.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service environment·
• Must have excellent phone and email communication skills·
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn internal systems.
• Social media savvy, LinkedIn, FaceBook·
• Adobe creative suite is a plus, PhotoShop, InDesign·
• Must be organized and able to multitask·
• Ability to work effectively with others·
• Aspirations to advance career in sales and marketing·
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
