Full description of the position

An inside salesperson is responsible for handling the needs of prospective and existing customers of the company. This person must establish and maintain relationships, sell the complete line of products and services, strive to increase market share and ensure customer satisfaction

Greets and helps customers in a professional, courteous and prompt fashion, both face-to-face and on the telephone.

Knows and sells ALL product lines.

Knows and sells related services.

Knows and follows company policies and procedures.

Handles customer complaints, claims and credits promptly.

Completes all paperwork required.

Promotes safety in all aspects of the job.

Performs other duties as required or as assigned.

Works to improve overall company performance.

Strives to work harmoniously with fellow employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
