Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and conduct in-home sales presentations to potential residential customers in the Madison Heights area.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to effectively address their pest control and termite service requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the Terminix brand.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a residential sales or home services environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present solutions to customers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
