Key Responsibilities:
· Communication Coordination: Facilitate clear and timely communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
· Sales Data and Reporting: Maintain sales records, customer data, and sales performance reports. Generate periodic sales reports for analysis and decision-making.
· Sales Material Preparation: Create and organize sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral to support the sales team's efforts.
· CRM Maintenance: Ensure the accurate and up-to-date input of client information, sales activities, and interactions into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
· Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in lead generation efforts, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-up activities.
· Order Processing: Process sales orders and ensure the accuracy of information before forwarding to the relevant departments for fulfillment.
· Customer Support: Assist in addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
· Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, or similar role in a sales environment is preferred.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and CRM tools.
· High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and reports.
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
· A positive and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
