Full description of the position

Account Manager - What will you do?

Do you have a knack for managing team members? If so, come and join us. You will have the opportunity to lead a team specialized in billing, collections, and customer service.

This is an important role within our organization as we support our customers with friendly and efficient service. You will need strong communication skills, excellent problem solving and the ability to manage a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely processing of customer payments and resolving issues as needed.
  • Coach and mentor team on effective customer service and collection operations.
  • Actively partner with internal department heads to solve problems and improve our processes.
  • Create and support an environment where ideas from team members are recognized and transformed to foster an environment of constant improvement.
  • Support a positive work culture.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 3-Years experience in customer support/service-related role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to quickly and efficiently solve problems
  • Must be able to work positively with other team members.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
