Full description of the position

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the recruiting process, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients
• Provide regular updates to management on sales progress
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that client needs are met
• Manage the sales process from start to finish

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years of experience in business development, recruiting, or headhunting

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
