Al Fresco Landscaping, Inc. is looking for an experienced and qualified Maintenance Account Manager. The Account Manager is the primary customer contact for contracted accounts within the Landscape Maintenance Division. The Account Manager clearly communicates contract specifications to production management and works in conjunction with production to perform services in a profitable manner. This position is also responsible for the follow-up and follow-through to maintain positive customer relations and to ensure complete customer satisfaction and contract renewals. Able to suggest and sell non-contracted landscape services to both meet the needs of the property, increase customer satisfaction, and gain additional revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong positive relationships with the customer base including developing win-win opportunities for the customer and the company.
• Frequent, effective, professional and timely communication with customers.
• Monitors activity of crews and works closely with production staff regarding scheduling, quality, and customer service.
• Maintain a high level of good housekeeping and care of company assets in the field, including vehicles, field offices, and customer work-sites.
• Meeting and exceeding established sales goals for contracted work and extras.
• Prepare proposals in a complete and professional manner, according to company standards.
• Responds to all inquiries and requests for bid in a timely manner.
• Maintains record and tracking of all proposals in progress and timely follows-up to maximize sales opportunities.
• Aggressively pursues all proposals in progress.
• Works closely with administrative support to make sure all contract administration is timely and accurate.

Pay: $47,500.00 - $57,500.00 per year
