About the Position
We have an opening for a Legal Sales Representative in our Alpine UT office. This position is full time (40 hrs/week) and will be required to work from 8 am until 5 pm (1 hr lunch break). Travel is sometimes required on the weekend. In this position, you will interact with VIP attorneys and executives from the largest companies and law firms in the world. You will ask the right questions, provide quotes for our services, take their orders and get the work started within our company. Confidentiality and trust are extremely important. You will be exposed to information that is extremely sensitive and secret as it is part of future development or litigation for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Setting daily sales goals to achieve maximum success in the role
- Prospecting new clients, contacting them routinely to gauge interest
- Quickly move deals through the sales cycle, confidently closing sales
- Set appointments with clients to comfortably discuss and sell Marksmen services that align with their needs
- Coordinating efficiently with Marksmen management any client issues/concerns
- Track the success of outreach with detailed notes in SalesForce
- Prioritizing deadlines of competing assignments and tasks
- Comfortably ask clients for referrals after acknowledging satisfaction of services
- Travel independently to tradeshows/conferences up to 10% of the time

Experience
Qualified candidates will have the following experience:
- Internet and social media experience, searching and familiarity (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience (required)
- Experience selling services
- SalesForce experience
Intellectual property and domain name experience, legal experience or fluency in other languages is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the ideal candidate.
