The Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Commercial Lines team in with current and prospective clients. The Support Specialist will assist in preparing policies for delivery, putting together summaries and proposals at the direction of the Account Executive, responding to customer inquiries, managing daily mail, and processing service requests.
