Position: Sales Representative

Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to provide technical support services. This position is responsible for the development of sales and marketing strategies to increase customer base, service revenue, and profitability.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase customer base, service revenue, and profitability.
• Prepare sales proposals using market analysis tools.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs.
• Develop market analysis tools using industry databases.
• Propose new services using market analysis tools.
• Analyze existing services to identify opportunities to expand markets and offer new products/services.
• Develop market research tools using industry databases.
• Conduct market research to develop competitive intelligence on new/existing customers.
• Develop sales forecasts and projections for current/potential customers.
• Maintain sales records of current/potential customers in CRM system.
• Work with internal departments to complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, be coachable, have a competitive spirit, have a positive attitude, work well with others, be a team player, possess leadership qualities, be able to communicate effectively, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years’ experience in technical support sales environment preferred.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
