Strong sales and organization skills required to serve the construction trade, representing several leading brands of equipment. Need a take charge attitude and a strive for superior customer service. This is a growth role opportunity for the right candidate.

• Parts order execution
• Answering inbound telephone calls (collective group effort)
• Surplus Inventory Management (to be measured on a monthly basis and all efforts exhausted to return surplus)
• Obsolescence management (identifying and creating opportunity for obsolete inventory)
• Immediate return to manufacturer of all special order and non-stock items returned by customers and service department
• Executing stock orders (system generated) on a consistent basis and understanding reports associated
• Executing and managing open document reports
• Maintaining an organized stock room (all parts should be stored away by system bin location)
• Internal stock transfers should be executed promptly and accurately
• Customer follow-up to promote aftermarket sales
• Light equipment sales
• Showroom marketing management (stocking, display, presentation) per management expectations
• Physical Inventory
• Assisting and supporting rental department, service department, light equipment sales in all facets when necessary'
