Job Responsibilities:

Understand current customer base of Commercial Landscape Maintenence clients and how they are serviced from a specification and production planning standpoint

Develop lead generation strategies to meet sales goals for Commercial Landscaping Maintenence contracts. Document leads and contacts for optimized sales production

Perform field estimating, production review, and contract bid writing, coordinating with management

Take part in the contract renewal process including review of production and standards

Assist in client management of contracts sold to ensure a high quality of customer service and production

Set up meetings with prospective clients and address needs of the properties represented by the client

Partake in weekly sales meetings, updating management of progress and finding solutions to incorporate all sectors of the company in the sales process

Understanding of snow contracts and ability to write and incorporate them into annual maintenence agreements with prospective clients

Ability to write and execute additional work order projects on existing clienteles properties.

Represent company at various events and associations to build relationships with prospective clients and continue building relationships with existing clientele

Ability to work a demanding seasonal schedule with hours fluctuating based on time of year

Work Experience/Skills

-Minimum five (5) years sales experience in the Commercial Landscape Maintenence industry

-Spanish speaking skills is preferred

- A full knowledge of all Landscape Maintenence services incorporated into a service agreement

-Landscape field/estimating experience

-Experience in contract writing and basic computer skills including operating scheduling and email

programs

-Strong work ethic and ability to communicate effectively with clients

-Organizational skills to allow for proper tracking and communication with prospective clients.

-Must have clean driving record and maintain its status

-Ability to pass background check on criminal history

Salary will be competitive for the industry based on experience with a commission scale. Benefits will include but not be limited to, mileage reimbursement, paid vacation, paid sick leave, Bonus system and company phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
