Real Estate Career Development Leader

This new hire will start in a hybrid position for the first year as a Part-Time Trainer while going through our Leadership Development Program, which makes this a full-time position. Upon successful completion of our Leadership Development
Program, they will transition to a Full-Time Trainer & Coach.

Part-time Director of Career Development:

Objective - To train new-to-business real estate agents to set a solid foundation early so they are on track to build a successful career.

Coverage Areas: Will primarily be working in and traveling to our Maryland Offices but must be willing to travel across our Homesale footprint as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train our newly licensed agents on everyday real estate practices and fundamentals utilizing our Accelerate Program’s curriculum and content
• Incorporate relationship building activities and dialogues into the sessions such that they understand the importance of time blocking it into their schedules to create solid habits and connect consistently with their database.
• Create an environment of collaboration and provide group coaching through weekly Huddles.
• Be available to answer questions and prepare our newly licensed agents for client interactions, appointments and help them navigate their first few transactions.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Directors of New Agent Affiliations and Office Leaders to create an environment where our agents feel supported, that they are part of their office/our company culture so they know that we are always in their corner.

Work Experience –Maryland and Pennsylvania licensed Real Estate Agent for at least 3-5 years.

Leadership Development Program:

Objective - The goal of this program is to prepare the participant for a full-time leadership position at Homesale Realty. The participant will learn Realty Leadership including the Company's Core 4 Tenets of Recruiting, Retention, Coaching to High Per Person Productivity, and Core Service Support from the VP of Career Development &
Affiliations, Executive Vice President and other selected Leaders.

Duration of the Program - 1 year
