Retail Sales HVAC Account Manager - Inside Sales in Chicago, IL
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their main point of contact for all sales-related activities including completing quotes. Understand their business needs, provide product and dealer program information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments, operations, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Collaborate with cross functional-teams, including operations, to ensure effective coverage and communication with internal and external customers.

- Solutions oriented. Serves as a consultant and is driven to exceed sales goals and objective in all product areas.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
· Microsoft Office skills required. (i.e. MS PowerPoint, Excel).
Education/Experience
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
· Sales experience preferred
· Previous HVAC experience preferred
