Gras Lawn is seeking a motivated go-getter to manage our Deleware and Maryland client accounts. You’d be the primary contact for our clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and sales.

You’d be responsible for:

• Sales
• Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients
• Client Satisfaction
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met
• Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal
• Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch’s financial goals

Position Overview

The Account Manager is an experienced professional self-directing the activities to achieve service goals of their clients. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business responsible for overall site quality, achieving sales goals and achieving renewal goals.

Client Partnerships

• Work with Operations Manager to maintain pro-active communication with customer; begin as a support to Operations Manager, then eventually take over client communications
• Respond professionally and timely to all internal and client requests
• Work to fully understand clients’ long-term goals and budgetary constraints
• Demonstrate consistent and exceptional quality control standards

Salary commensureate with experience.
