Job Description

J Duran Inc / City Wide Auto Credit is a family owned and operated dealership looking for an Experienced and Qualified Automotive Sales Associate. We are a high-volume dealership specializing in providing late model, low mileage pre-owned vehicles for all aspects of customer credit.

Position Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for contacting, collecting information and building relationships with customers, and to identify and purchase the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget by having knowledge of the market and an in-depth understanding of the sales department, along with having strong customer relations skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Sales Associate is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in every aspect of the job.

• The Sales Associate will establish objectives regarding closing percentages, prospecting efforts, unit sales, time utilization and projected income.

• Establish and maintain standards for displaying, merchandising, and maintaining used vehicle inventory and lot.

• Complete all training as directed by management.

• Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policies along with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with a minimum 3 years Automotive Sales experience

• Professional appearance and work ethic

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer one of the best Pay plans in the business. Full plan will be discussed in interview.
