Description of role:
Results oriented and outgoing Sales Associate based in Lehi Utah.

Performance Objectives:

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Prospecting Goals
• Appointment and Closing Goals
• Identifiy and Research Targets
• Create & Maintain CRM
• Show Commercial Sales and Lease Buildings
• Draft Letters of Intent, Purchase Contracts and Lease Agreements
• Consult with Clients on Lease and Sale of Real Estate.

Skills and Requirements:
Real Estate License Required

Salary:
COMMISSION ONLY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,826.00 - $102,311.00 per year

Experience level:

• 1 year
• 2 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lehi, UT 84043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
