We are a bustling Commercial Insurance brokerage located in beautiful Los Gatos* with an opening for a fantastic team member! This can be a full or part time position as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Insurance experience is required.

*Our team works on a hybrid remote schedule: 3 days in office & 2 days at home.

As a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager, your duties will include:

• Supporting Renewal & New Business Accounts
• Being a point of contact to answer client inquiries
• Quoting & Marketing through underwriters & GAs
• Promptly & accurately communicating with clients and fellow team members – we believe in delivering fast, five-star service to our clients!
• Composing coverage summaries, proposals, completing applications, Acords (less & less these days, but they pop up once in a while!), generating certificates, etc.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Commercial Lines experience
• Valid California P&C License
• Have experience working with and marketing coverages with underwriters (and possibly GAs) and online raters
• Familiar with BOPs/General Liability, Workers Compensation, D&O, E&O, etc., lines of business - experience with most but not all is OK!
• Strong attention to detail with the aptitude for time management
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to easily establish rapport with people
• Work well with others on a team
• Solid computer, grammar, organizational and multi-tasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
